Online orders are shipped Monday-Friday, and will ship within 3 to 5 business days. Please keep in mind that holidays, national observances and severe weather may delay your delivery. For urgent deliveries please email welcome@maisonruf.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
 
A signature upon delivery will be required for all orders valued at $1,000 or more. 
If you would like to have this removed, a note may be added to an order at checkout or send an email to welcome@maisonruf.com.
 
Once an order is picked up by the carrier we release all responsibility. Lost or stolen packages are not our responsibility and we are unable to send out replacements or refunds in these unfortunate situations. 
 
Orders that contain both pre-order items, as well as in-stock items, will be held and shipped together unless otherwise requested. We offer both expedited and international shipping at checkout.
