Return Policy 
 
Items purchased on maisonruf.com are eligible for a return provided they meet the following criteria:
 
If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged merchandise in its original condition, with tags attached. 
 
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the date you received your order. 
 
Some of our styles are light in color, hand pleated, delicate and/or constructed from non-stretch fabrics. Please take care when trying on at home, we cannot be held responsible for damages, odor, or soil spots that may occur. 
 
Returns are processed Monday-Friday. Please note it may take up to 5-7 business days after delivery to process your return.  Once the return has been inspected and is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email.
 
Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of maisonruf.com and are subject to denial and/or damage fees if the return criteria is not met. 
 
 
 
Domestic Returns

Please note that a $15 postage fee will be deducted from your refund.

International Shipments & Returns
 
International duties, VAT, customs fees, taxes, and any other fees are the customer's responsibility. These fees will be shown and may be paid for at the time of checkout on maisonruf.com.
 
Any fees we inherit resulting from: abandoned orders, return to sender/refusal, or improper filing when making a return will be deducted from your refund.
 
The customer is responsible for international return shipping and costs.
