Sizing & Measurements
 
Individual garment measurements are located in each product listing, and are taken from the garment laid down on a flat surface.
We recommend comparing our garment measurements to your body measurements or against something you already own.

Garment Care
 
At Maison Ruf we only use the highest quality fabrics and in most cases, only natural fibers. Most of our collection is 
100% silk or wool and we will always include detailed fiber content in the product description.
 
We recommend storing your pieces in a cool dry location. Avoid keeping garments in plastic bags as this may trap moisture and cause mold. Using a hand held steamer to remove wrinkles is safe on most pieces from our collection. You can find recommended care instructions in the product description. 
 
All items are shipped with a fabric care instructions label located in the side seam of the garment. We highly recommend you remove the care label on our sheer pieces prior to wear.
 
Alterations
 
Alterations aren’t always necessary, but oftentimes a little tailoring can go a long way. We recommend considering alterations when it warrants it. Most of our pieces lend themselves to a variety of alterations and something as simple as a strap length adjustment or hemming the length of a pant or dress might be all you need for the perfect fit.
